I have been blessed with incredible female mentors and friends in the online space but it hasn't always been that way. There were times where I felt like I was the only "crazy" one out there. Crazy enough to start my own business. Crazy enough to dream of what's possible. Crazy enough to follow my purpose. Crazy enough to do whatever it takes. It's isolating and often scary. You're sitting at Thanksgiving dinner and your uncle Bob asks "so when are you going to get a real job" and you have no idea what to say because while you believe in your mission, you're also afraid it might not work. There are more people in your circle who question you than who cheer you on and truly "get" the journey that you're on.
People say "you become the 5 people you spend most of your time around" and at the beginning I was spending 0 time around ambitious female entrepreneurs.
So I decided to change that. I started listening to books, podcasts, youtube videos, trainings and hiring mentors. I started connecting with other female entrepreneurs and eventually started making likeminded friends and connections. I put myself in communities of ambitious women, the "crazy" ones who wanted more for their lives and were committed to making it happen.
I realized that women are excellent at supporting each other, excellent at giving each other advice and excellent at comforting each other when needed. Women need to be in community with each other, it's what we've always done and what we crave. And when that community is full of ambitious, inspiring, mission driven, supportive and successful women, it has a ripple effect like no other.
That's what Fouders Café is - a community of women coming together to connect, grow, evolve, support, inspire and succeed.
Join us at our next event and make connections that last a lifetime.

Community is a catalyst for overcoming challenges and achieving dreams for female entrepreneurs.
Within community, mentorship flourishes. Fellow founders can guide others, offerings insights and advice that textbooks and seminars can't provide.
Communities encourage collaboration, sparking innovation and creativity. When women come together, they bring diverse perscpective and skills, leading to unique solutions and groundbreaking ideas. In business, this collaborative spirit can result in powerful partnerships, joint ventures or finding soul sisters. By working together women can challenge norms, break glass ceilings and create new pathways to success.
For female founders, having a network of supporters can provide the encouragement, resources and motivation needed to turn visions into reality. It's about knowing that you are not alone in your journey and that others are rooting for your success. This collective support transforms individual dreams into shared victories, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and achievement.
